OUR STORY
Owners, Buddy and Karen Richardson hosted their first guests at Diamond Oaks Inn on Memorial Day Weekend of 2007. Since then, hundreds of satisfied vacationers have enjoyed their stay.
Karen, a teacher for 45 years, retired in 2016. Buddy, a Vietnam Era Veteran, had a career in social work. They met at an Arkansas Razorback football game in 1977, married in 1979, and remain fanatical about each other and the Razorbacks!
They bought a restaurant in Murfreesboro in 2005. They bought the house that is now Diamond Oaks Inn in June of 2006. The restaurant was sold in 2014.
